Refund Policy
Here at Ryan M Scottsdale we pledge to do our best to provide our clients with exceptional service. If you have any concerns or questions about your hair service, please contact the salon within two days of appointment date. All concerns and questions will be discussed with the stylist and management. In most cases, we will require a scheduled in person follow up with a senior stylist or salon owner. This appointment will give an opportunity to evaluate the hair and service performed in order to provide available options to meet the client’s expectation while saving the integrity of the hair. Any additional services may require a cost to the client depending on the original service amount.
All hair services are non-refundable and the salon cannot guarantee specific results based on factors such as the condition of the hair, previous treatments, and individual differences. We thank you for your understanding regarding these policies.
For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned if they are unopened and unused. Returns must be within 7 days from purchase and will given a credit or exchange towards another product.
Gift Cards/ Certificates
Ryan M Scottsdale Gift Card Terms and Conditions:
1. Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable only at Ryan M Scottsdale for services or products.
2. Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
3. Expiration: Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated. However, balances must be used in compliance with applicable state laws.
4. Lost or Stolen Cards: Ryan M Scottsdale is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
5. Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold.
6. Partial Use: If the full value is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain on the card for future use.
7. Limitations: Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or for gratuity/tips.
8. Additional Fees: No fees will be charged for purchase or maintenance of gift cards.
9. Fraud Protection: Ryan M Scottsdale reserves the right to refuse, deactivate, or cancel gift cards if fraud, tampering, or unauthorized use is suspected.
10. Legal Compliance: Use of gift cards is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
